从 1981年 5月至 1984年1月近三年的时间内,地学部根据“中国科学院试行章程”规定的内容开展了以下工作:(一)组织制订了“中国科学院1981-1985年地学科研发展规划(纲要)”。根据这个纲要,优先安排了农业、能源资源、矿产资源、灾害预测、环境保护和涉及水能开发的重大工程建设项目,同时也重点安排了重大的、开拓性的、有应用前景的基础研究工作。地学部部分委员分工负责了这些重大项目的实施,从而保证各项任务的胜利完成。
In the recent three years from May 1981 to January 1984, the Department of Geosciences conducted the following work in accordance with the stipulations of the “Articles of Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences”: (1) Organized and formulated “Research and Development of Geosciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1981-1985 Planning (Outline) ”. According to this outline, priority will be given to major construction projects in agriculture, energy resources, mineral resources, disaster prediction, environmental protection and water energy development, as well as major, pioneering and applied basic research work . The division of labor among some members of the Department of Earth Sciences is responsible for the implementation of these major projects so as to ensure the success of all the tasks.
