[目的]为探讨溴虫腈茶园使用安全性,在福安福云6号绿茶品种茶园开展残留消解动态试验。[方法]用54~270 g a.i./hm2溴虫腈进行施药,药液干后和1、3、5、7、10、15 d后分别取样检测。[结果]溴虫腈在茶青上的原始附着量和烘干样品中的原始残留量随施药剂量的提高线性增加,而烘干消解率与原始附着量呈抛物线关系,最高达75.71%。在108~216 g a.i./hm2使用剂量下,施药后3、10 d分别可降解67.95%~75.82%和90%以上;在茶园的消解规律符合一级动力学方程,半衰期为2.11~3.09 d;5月份的原始残留量显著或极显著高于9月份,1次施药及2次施药后的残留量均低于50 mg/kg。[结论]溴虫腈的使用安全性好,对于国内市场,建议在茶叶上的残留限量暂订为15 mg/kg,108~216 g a.i./hm2使用剂量下安全间隔期7 d。
[Objective] The study aimed to investigate the safety of chlorfenapyr tea plantation and carry out the dynamic test of residue digestion in Fuyuan No.6 green tea plantation tea garden. [Method] The application of chlorfenapyr was 54 ~ 270 g a.i./hm2, and the samples were detected after dried, 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 days respectively. [Result] The initial mass of chlorfenapyr on Chaqing and the original residue in dried samples increased linearly with the increase of dose, while the drying rate of digestion was a parabolic relationship with the original mass up to 75.71%. At the dosage of 108-216 g ai / hm2, the degradation rates of 67.95% -75.82% and 90% respectively at 3 and 10 d after application were in accordance with the first-order kinetic equation and the half-life was 2.11-3.09 d . The original residue in May was significantly or extremely significantly higher than that in September. The residues in one application and two applications were lower than 50 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The use of chlorfenapyr was safe. For the domestic market, it is recommended that the residual limit of tea be tentatively set at 15 mg / kg and that of 108 ~ 216 g a.i./hm2 at the dosage of 7 d.
