在社会迅速发展的推动下,我国医疗水平得到了一定的提高,但医院在发展中存在的问题也日益明显。很多医院管理落后,人才紧缺,整体经济效益差。人才资源在各个领域都是极为重要的资源,医院也不例外,如何才能培养人才,建立一支高水平的医疗队伍是各大医院面临的一个重要问题。本文主要是针对基于精细化管理的医院人才培养问题进行研究,进而提出一些培养方法。
Driven by the rapid development of society, the medical treatment in our country has been improved to a certain extent, but the problems existing in the development of hospitals are also increasingly obvious. Lack of management of many hospitals, shortage of personnel, the overall poor economic efficiency. Talent resources are extremely important resources in all fields. Hospitals are no exception. How to cultivate talents and establish a high-level medical team is an important issue for major hospitals. This article mainly focuses on the training of hospital personnel based on meticulous management, and then puts forward some training methods.
