描述了注塑成型过程,当注塑机与模具确定之后,注塑工艺参数对成型制品几何尺寸和性能的影响,并从统计过程控制(SPC)的观点,对其相关关系进行判别,运用多元线性回归的方法对其关系进行量化,建立回归模型,并运用方差分析、残差分析对所建立的回归方程进行检验。通过定量分析注塑过程参数与成型制品质量之间的内在联系,分析注塑工艺参数对制品质量特性贡献的大小,实现注塑工艺参数的优化控制,从而达到对制品质量的可靠预测和控制,为注塑成型过程分析提出了一条新思路。
The injection molding process is described. After the injection molding machine and the mold are determined, the influence of injection molding process parameters on the geometric dimensions and properties of the molded product is described. From the point of view of statistical process control (SPC), the correlation between them is discriminated. By using multiple linear regression Methods Quantify the relationship and establish a regression model, and use variance analysis and residual analysis to test the established regression equation. Through the quantitative analysis of the intrinsic relationship between the parameters of the injection molding process and the quality of the molded product, the contribution of the injection molding process parameters to the quality characteristics of the product is analyzed to achieve the optimal control of the injection molding process parameters, so as to achieve the reliable prediction and control of the product quality. Process analysis proposed a new idea.
