在现代教育体系中,高职工学人才培养质量保障体系是应用型高级技术人才培养体系。多数高职院校基本已经建立较为完善的人才培养质量保障体系,但仍有许多问题,而且这种教育模式的建立不是很成熟,还在探索阶段。因此,本文分析目前高职工学院校的发展情况,阐述建设完善人才培养质量保障体系的必要性,分析目前的建设现状以及所产生的一些问题,在总结出经验和不足的同时,探索我国未来教育的发展方向。
In the modern education system, the quality assurance system of vocational and technical personnel training in higher vocational colleges is an application-oriented advanced technical personnel training system.
