目的比较保留全部瓣叶及其乳头肌、腱索（即“瓣中瓣”）与保留二尖瓣后叶及其瓣下结构的二尖瓣置换术对患者心功能情况改善的影响。方法回顾2010年7月~2013年6月二尖瓣置换术30例，随机分为“瓣中瓣”（A）组和保留后叶（B）组，以术后1w和6个月的超声心动图检查结果中的左室舒张末期内径为评价指标，观察两种手术方式对心功能改善的影响。结果 A组与B组的左室舒张末期内径相比较无统计学意义。结论二尖瓣置换“瓣中瓣”法与保留二尖瓣后叶及其瓣下结构在维护患者的心功能效果方面无差异。“,”Objective To compare the clinical ef ect of mitral valve replacement(MVR)with preservation of entire or posterior of subvalvular apparatus in patients.Methods The datas from 30 cases with MVR in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2013 were analyzed,patients were divided into entire of subvalvular apparatus preservation group (A)and Posterior of subvalvular apparatus preservation group (B).left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd)was uesd as the parameter to assess the left ventricular function which is examined by Ultrasonic cardiogram (UCG).Results There were no statistical dif erences between A and B group.Conclusion MVR with preservation of entire and Posterior of subvalvular apparatus in patients shows no dif erence in protecting the left ventricular function.
