环境巨变,挑战激增,小企业气喘吁吁、病体恹恹,中大型企业亦站在转型的十字路口,许多企业便欲借组织再造来确保成长,再筑竞争优势。关于管理组织,中国企业家的认识还是比较模糊的,致远管理调查统计显示:79%的企业对组织的认识是狭隘的,82%的企业找不准组织再造的切入点,91%的企业不知道如何测评组织效率。管理组织是结构和过程的统一。在一定程序和规则下,人、职权、职能的相互关系组成组织结构,一经建立就形成一种稳定、连续的框架,方便或者妨碍管理工作。因此需要不时地对组织结构进行调整,以合理地配置人、财、信息、文化等资源要素,筹划产、供、销等环节以达成组织目标,这就是组织过程。

Management organization is the unification of structure and process.
