在我国的经济不断发展过程中,企业也在这一变化中进行着改革,正从以往的计划经济转向了市场经济,在这一关键时期,企业要想得到迅速发展就需要在人力资源管理上进行加强。企业的人力资源是企业发展的基础,在全球化以及网络化和数字化为特征的新经济时代,人力资源管理对企业的兴衰起到决定性作用,也是企业长久健康发展的动力。本文主要就当前我国企业中对战略人力资源管理应用对其绩效产生的影响进行分析,基于这一基础上探索应用战略人力资源管理提升企业绩效的优化方案。
In the continuous development of economy in our country, the enterprises are also carrying on the reform in this change. They are moving from the planned economy to the market economy in the past. In this crucial period, the enterprises need to be managed in the human resources management if they want to develop rapidly strengthen. Human resources of enterprises are the basis of enterprise development. Human resource management plays a decisive role in the rise and decline of enterprises in the new economic era characterized by globalization and networking and digitalization. It is also the driving force for the long-term and healthy development of enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the impact of the application of strategic human resource management on the performance of the enterprises in our country at present. Based on this, this paper explores the application of strategic human resource management to optimize the performance of enterprises.
