高校图书馆是大学的重要组成部分,是大学改革发展与建设的三大支柱之一,担负着为教学、科研服务的重要任务。在此笔者针对当前图书馆管理工作存在的问题,提出管理创新措施,以期使图书馆更好地发挥其教育和服务职能,为高校的教学科研提供更高质量的服务。一、高校图书馆管理简介高校图书馆管理是通过计划、组织、领导和控制等方法,优化配置图书馆系统的各种资源(人力资源、财力资源、信息资源),以期完成图书馆为全校教学和科学研究工作服务,并且使服务的提供者——馆员亦获得一种高度的士气和成就
