农民在建房过程中投资耗费最大的就是屋顶,若盖楼房,其结构处理就更困难。为此东北建筑设计院李豪邦副总工程师在阜新市构件公司的配合下,通过试验研究,协助当地居民建造了用煤矸石小型砌块做屋面的农村住宅,效果良灯。该屋面的施丁程序为;①在屋面的底标高处利用脚手极支成相互间中距为480毫米的条带;②在每两块脚手板之间用50号砂浆摆砌空心砌块;③按设计要求在砌块的缝中配置钢筋;④按要求灌注混凝土;⑤进行养生,当强度达到70％时拆除脚手板。64平米的住宅,其屋面造价约为400元。根据条板试压数据和计算来看,用砌块做楼板与屋面是有足够安全系数的。
