利用高能球磨机,通过机械力化学作用对白云母进行改性,即硅烷偶联剂(KH550)/石蜡改性白云母(M-KP)和KH550/癸二酸改性白云母(M-KS),通过扫描电子显微镜、热重分析、Fourier红外、接触角仪、激光粒度仪对改性白云母进行表征,然后将未改性白云母、M-KP、M-KS与聚丙烯(PP)共混。结果表明:改性后,白云母的亲油性、分散性均得到提高,M-KP、M-KS的接触角由未改性白云母的0°分别提高到23.8°、51.3°,沉降值由2 mL分别提高到13.5、17.5 mL,吸油值由1.6 mL/g降低到0.75、0.85 mL/g,且PP/白云母复合材料的力学性能得到有效改善,当M-KP、M-KS添加量为25%时,PP/M-KP和PP/M-KS的断裂伸长率分别比PP/未改性白云母的提高了38.63%、32.62%,缺口冲击强度分别提高了34.11%、14.11%,拉伸强度分别提高了14.4%、7.3%。
