小学外语的培养既有一般教师培养的共性,也有其特殊性。在我国现有教师培养模式下,本文结合多年的办学实践,试图从理论和实践上探讨总结小学外语教师的最佳培养模式,以提高小学外语教师的培养质量。
The cultivation of primary school foreign language not only has common characteristics of general teacher training, but also has its own particularity. Under the existing teacher training mode in our country, this article tries to discuss and summarize the best training mode of primary school foreign language teachers in theory and practice in order to improve the training quality of primary school foreign language teachers.
