矿山机械中承受交变应力的零件是很多的。在交变应力作用下的机械零件的强度计算中,如何建立正确的计算准则,如何准确地计算零件的极限应力,是计算能否成功的关键问题。目前,各国在变应力下零件的强度计算准则和极限应力是利用极限应力图来决定的。但由于很多作者对极限应力图的理解和处理方法不同,因而所推荐的计算准则(建立疲劳强度还是静力强度)及极限应力的计算方法(所用简化曲线不同,极限应力也不同)也不同。各种方法有其合理的方面,也有其不合理的方面。本文对目前常见的几种方
