蛇伤是农村的一种常见病。过去,尤其对危重型银环蛇咬伤,由于产生呼吸麻痹和严重的合并症,病情错综复杂,救治非常困难。就以往我院曾抢救成功的危重型病例来看,其病程长,医药费用、人力、物力消耗很大。最近,我院连续收治两例危重型银环蛇咬伤患者,应用广州医学院与上海生物制品研究所协作制成的精制银环蛇抗毒素(下简称本抗毒素)治疗,收到显著的临床疗效。症状改善快速,病程短,费用低,证明本抗毒素在抢救危重型银环蛇咬伤病例中是有其独特的显著疗效的。
Snakebite is a common disease in rural areas. In the past, particularly for the critically-bounded snake bites, the treatment was very difficult due to respiratory complications and severe complications. In the past, our hospital had successfully rescued the critically ill patients, the longer course, the medical costs, manpower, material consumption is great. Recently, two consecutive cases of critically bounded snake bites were treated in our hospital. The treatment of refined bingoeroid antitoxin (hereinafter referred to as the antitoxin) made by Guangzhou Medical College and Shanghai Institute of Biological Products resulted in significant clinical effects . Symptoms improve fast, short course, low cost, proves that the antitoxin in the rescue of critically bizarre snake bites has its unique and significant effect.
