患者 ,男性 ,34岁。主因左手第 1,2掌指骨肿物 2 3年。自述从 11岁时左拇指长一小肿物 ,无痛 ,肿物逐渐增大 ,近 2年来生长迅速 ,功能受限影响生活 ,而来院检查 ,于 1993- 0 6 - 2 1日入院。体检 :体温、脉博、血压均在正常范围。心肺正常 ,浅表淋巴结不大。骨科检查 :左手拇指
