2005年4月10日,正当盛年的著名画家陈逸飞因病去世。这位在世界画坛享有一席之地的艺术家的骤然离世,除了留下数幅未了的画作、1部历时3年仍未拍完的电影《理发师》、百余幅油画以外,还有纷纷扰扰、接二连三的遗产官司。陈逸飞遗孀宋美英和陈逸飞前妻所生的儿子陈凛之间的遗产官司刚刚结束,其生前好友、经济学家张五常又为索要陈逸飞6幅油画遗作而将宋美英、陈凛及陈逸飞与宋美英所育的幼子陈天告上了法庭。今年9月4日,上海市第一中级人民法院对该案作出了一审宣判,由于举证不力,张五常输了官司。
