从坐标变换理论应用于录象机走带系统的容差分析出发,建立了走带系统容差分析的通用数学模型,给出了能够反映导柱和磁带参数的一组坐标系。在这组坐标系中,推导了体现磁带与导柱关系的非线性方程组,讨论了这一方程组在容差分析中的意义。叙述了基于误差综合、坐标变换和上述方程组的容差分析算法,并对如何计算单导柱单误差的影响作了详细分析。最后给出了VHS录象机走带系统容差分析的结果。
Based on the theory of coordinate transformation applied to tolerance analysis of tape transport system, a universal mathematical model for tolerance analysis of transport system was established. A set of coordinate system which can reflect the parameters of guide column and tape was given. In this set of coordinate systems, the nonlinear equations that reflect the relationship between the tape and the guide column are deduced. The significance of this system in tolerance analysis is discussed. The algorithm of tolerance analysis based on error synthesis, coordinate transformation and the above equations is described, and the effect of calculating single error of single guide column is analyzed in detail. Finally, the result of tolerance analysis of VHS VTR system is given.
