Nucleic acid protein is a very phosphorous-rich compound proposed by F. Miescher in 1868 in the nucleus of the pus in surgical bandages. He is called “Nuclein.” Since then, this class of compounds has been found in a variety of animal and plant sources, and nucleic acids that are acidic after protein isolation. It is a very large molecular weight, millions of macromolecular compounds. It is technically very difficult to separate and purify, so its chemistry is relatively slow in the initial stage. Due to the large amount of work done by various countries in the world, it has been proved that nucleic acids are the first-class biological matter and also the most important medical issue.
