由中国水利学会水工结构专业委员会和中国水力发电工程学会水工及水电站建筑物专业委员会联合召开的第二届岩石、混凝土断裂力学和强度学术讨论会于1983年11月8日～12日在武汉水利电力学院召开。参加会议的有来自全国水电系统及高等院校的33个单位的86位代表。这次会议在第一届会议的基础上,检阅了两年来在岩石和混凝土断裂与强度方面的研究成果和发展情况。针对收到的68篇论文,代表们集中讨论了以下几个方面的问题:(1)断裂参数的测试方法;(2)
The Second Session of Rock and Concrete Fracture Mechanics and Strength Symposium jointly organized by Hydraulic Structure Committee of China Water Conservancy Institute and China Hydropower Engineering Society Hydraulic and Hydropower Station Building Professional Committee was held on November 8-12, 1983 Wuhan Hydraulic and Electric Power Institute was held. Attending the conference were 86 representatives from 33 units of the national hydropower system and institutions of higher learning. Based on the first meeting, the conference reviewed the achievements and developments of the research on the fracture and strength of rock and concrete in two years.
