目的探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊治方法。方法回顾总结我院 1990～ 1999年 10 6例肾损伤患者的诊治资料。结果血尿 10 2例 ,合并腹腔脏器损伤 10例 ,B超、CT检查可快速明确诊断。非手术治疗 82例 ,选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗 4例 ,手术治疗 2 4例 ,治愈 10 4例 ,死亡 2例。结论 B超检查安全快速 ,CT检查准确率高 ,两者可同时了解胸腹脏器伤情 ,可作首选。治疗以非手术为主 ,选择性肾动脉栓塞疗效较好 ,但对伤重者应把握好手术时机。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of closed kidney injury. Methods The clinical data of 106 cases of renal injury from 1990 to 1999 in our hospital were reviewed. Results 10 cases of hematuria, abdominal organ injury in 10 cases, B ultrasound, CT examination can quickly and clearly diagnosed. Non-surgical treatment in 82 cases, selective renal artery embolization in 4 cases, surgical treatment of 24 cases, 10 4 cases were cured, 2 died. Conclusion B-ultrasound is safe and fast, and the accuracy of CT examination is high. Both of them can be used as the first choice for understanding the injury of thoracic and abdominal organs at the same time. Non-surgical treatment of the main, selective renal artery embolization is better, but the injured should grasp the timing of surgery.
