奖励旅游(Incentive Travel)是指公司为了奖赏和激励员工或经销商而为他们提供的旅游。对许多国际大型企业来说,这早已不是什么新鲜的名词,奖励旅游现在已经成为公司奖赏激励员工、宣扬公司文化、增强企业凝聚力的一个重要途径。
Incentive Travel refers to the company providing tourism to reward and motivate employees or dealers. For many large international companies, this is no longer a new term. Incentive travel has now become an important way for companies to reward employees, promote corporate culture and enhance corporate cohesion.
