顺序控制系统是对锅炉、汽轮机和发电机这三大主机及其相关辅助设备进行控制。它的核心作用是安全可靠地起动、停止、联锁保护机、炉、电这三大主机及其辅助设备,保证三大主机的安全运行。随着我厂DCS系统改造的深入进行,顺序控制系统的设计原则问题显得尤为突出,这些问题在实际工程设计上解决的是否得当,将直接影响机组的安全运行。为此,我们必须对该项问题进行深入的讨论。
Sequential control system is the boiler, steam turbine and generator of these three hosts and their related auxiliary equipment control. Its core role is safe and reliable start, stop, interlock protection machine, furnace, electricity, the three mainframe and its ancillary equipment to ensure the safe operation of the three mainframe. With the further transformation of DCS system in our factory, the design principles of sequential control system are particularly outstanding. Whether these problems are properly solved in the actual engineering design will directly affect the safe operation of the unit. For this reason, we must conduct an in-depth discussion on this issue.
