教材表明,MnO2粉末能催化分解H2O2而制得氧气。资料表明,MnO2,CuO,Fe2O3,Al2O3,CrO3,SiO2,V2O5,Ag2O,CuSO4,CuCl2,FeCl3,Cu,Ag,活性炭等化学物质以及新鲜土豆、薯片、动物肝脏等都可催化分解H2O2。新鲜土豆、动物肝脏等生物体内含有生物酶,生物酶能催化过氧化氢分解是因为含有过氧化氢酶。几乎所有的生物体都含有过氧化氢酶,比如植物的块茎、叶、果实和动物肝脏、血液等,这些生物简便易得、价格便宜,从原理上体现了酶的专一性。笔者选取水果类(苹果、梨、香蕉)、蔬菜类(菠菜、油麦菜、苦菊等11种蔬菜)、
Materials show that, MnO2 powder can catalyze the decomposition of H2O2 and oxygen. The data indicate that chemical substances such as MnO2, CuO, Fe2O3, Al2O3, CrO3, SiO2, V2O5, Ag2O, CuSO4, CuCl2, FeCl3, Cu, Ag and activated carbon, as well as fresh potatoes, potato chips, animal liver and the like can catalytically decompose H2O2. Fresh potatoes, animal liver and other organisms contain biological enzymes, enzymes can catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide because of catalase. Almost all organisms contain catalases, such as plant tubers, leaves, fruits and animal liver, blood, etc. These organisms are simple, affordable, and in principle reflect the enzyme specificity. I choose fruit (apple, pear, banana), vegetables (spinach, lettuce, bitter chrysanthemum and other 11 kinds of vegetables)
