机械制造技术基础是机械类专业的主干课程,在以往的过程中存在理论教学与实践脱节、学生解决实际问题的能力差等问题。本文介绍了北京石油化工学院进行卓越工程师试点培养改革过程中的该课程实践教学建设的基本思路、方法和主要内容,通过与真实工程环境紧密结合,利用现代机加工生产车间作为第二课堂,以典型产品(零件)的加工工艺为主线,使学生在真实工程背景下认识、理解和巩固机械制造基本原理,提高了学生的工程意识和解决实际问题的能力。
The basis of mechanical manufacturing technology is the main course of mechanical engineering. In the past, there were some problems such as the disconnection between theoretical teaching and practice and students’ ability to solve practical problems. This paper introduces the basic ideas, methods and main contents of the course construction practice teaching in the process of piloting and cultivating excellent engineers in Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology. Through the close integration with the real engineering environment and using the modern machine shop as the second classroom, Typical products (parts) processing technology as the main line, so that students in the real engineering background to understand, understand and consolidate the basic principles of mechanical manufacturing, improve students’ awareness of the project and the ability to solve practical problems.
