目的调查分析江苏口岸出入境人员艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及其影响因素。方法 2006年1-5月在江苏省内分别抽取苏州、昆山、常州、南通、徐州、盐城六个分支局保健中心出入境人员3000人进行艾滋病相关知识的调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果出境人员和入境人员艾滋病相关知识有显著性差异。单因素分析结果显示:出入境人员艾滋病相关知识水平与人员类型、年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况有关。多因素分析结果显示:人员类型、文化程度、职业对出入境人员艾滋病相关知识水平有显著性影响。结论对于不同职业和文化程度的出境人员和入境人员,检验检疫部门应该有针对地改进和完善国内现有比较单一的宣传教育方式,发挥国境口岸有效防制艾滋病传播的重要作用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the AIDS-related knowledge of entry-exit personnel in Jiangsu Port and its influencing factors. Methods From January to May 2006, 3,000 immigrants from health centers of six branches in Suzhou, Kunshan, Changzhou, Nantong, Xuzhou and Yancheng respectively were surveyed in Jiangsu Province for HIV / AIDS related knowledge, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results There were significant differences in HIV / AIDS related knowledge among the departing and arriving staff. The results of univariate analysis showed that AIDS-related knowledge of entry-exit personnel was related to the type of personnel, age, education level, occupation and marital status. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the types of personnel, educational level and occupation had a significant effect on AIDS-related knowledge of entry-exit personnel. Conclusion For expatriates and immigrants with different occupations and educational levels, the inspection and quarantine departments should improve and perfect the relatively existing propaganda and education methods in the country and play an important role in effectively controlling the spread of AIDS at the border crossings.
