自学习实践科学发展观活动开展以来,喀什师范学院党委以贯彻落实科学发展观为契机,紧紧围绕学科建设,开展了一系列有利于学院发展的建设性工作,不仅在喀什地区各县市就学院人才培养、地方人才需求以及双语教学等问题进行了广泛调研,而且在学院内部多次就学院发展定位、办学模式及特点等进行不同层面的研讨,使我院教研人员的学科建设意识得到了进一步的加强,形成了各项政策向教学一线、学科带头人以及青年骨干教师倾斜的共识,并取得了很大成效。这一阶段的工作成绩不仅值得总结,而且需要我们认真反思。为此,本刊编辑部就结合学院正在进行的学科建设研讨活动,专访了学院党委书记、副院长徐源智同志。
