材料的进展,为炉子制造者的使用,提供了广阔的前景,而正在进行的发展,能给用户带来更大的利益。然而,无效的或不恰当的检修,能大大降低热效率和生产率。随着设备复杂性的增加,设备检修的必要性始终是存在着的。微电子技术使我们有可能应用微处理机的识别本领来实现预防性的检修计划。因此,必须强调,只有用户和制造者之间的亲密的和不断的对话,才能圆满地实现这种可能性及其他改进所带来的全部好处。
The progress of materials has provided broad prospects for the use of furnace makers, and the ongoing development can bring greater benefits to users. However, invalid or improper servicing can greatly reduce thermal efficiency and productivity. With the increase of equipment complexity, the necessity of equipment maintenance always exists. Microelectronics makes it possible for us to apply microprocessor-based identification skills for preventive maintenance programs. Therefore, it must be emphasized that only the close and continuous dialogue between users and manufacturers can satisfactorily realize the full potential of this possibility and other improvements.
