据统计材料,1982年西宁地区全年鼻病初诊3674例占全科疾病67%。其中鼻出血874例,占鼻病发病率23.78%。鼻出血较平原地区的发病率高达数倍。本文专门论述:海拔高、气候寒冷而鼻出血发病的原因。西宁地区位于青海省东部。地理位置:东径101°49′77″,北纬36°34′03″。市区平均海拔2275米,主要为河谷冲积平原,市区四周群山环抱,山峦起伏。气候特征:海拔高、气压低、雨量少、蒸发量大,冰冻期长,无霜期短,日温差大、紫外线强,最热月份平均26.1℃,最冷月份平均气温-19.5℃。每年平均气压;773毫巴。全年风向偏东南风。西宁地区降雨
