气短是煤工尘肺患者生命质量评价的重要指标之一。本文对６７例参加越冬疗养的Ｉ期煤工尘肺患者和７０例对照进行调查发现，越冬疗养能明显缓解尘肺患者的气短程度，从而有效地提高尘肺患者的生命质量。
Shortness of breath is one of the important indicators for evaluating the quality of life of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis patients. In this paper, 67 cases of Phase I pneumoconiosis patients who participated in overwintering treatment and 70 cases of control were investigated. Overwintering treatment can obviously relieve the shortness of breath in patients with pneumoconiosis, so as to effectively improve the quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis.
