目的探讨24小时动态心电图监测对冠心病、心律失常的诊断价值。方法选择我院2014年10月至2016年6月期间门诊收治的420例主诉为胸痛、胸闷、心前区不适患者作为研究对象,所有患者均佩带24小时动态心电图机进行监测。对结果进行分析,评估动态心电图监测对冠心病、心律失常的诊断价值。结果 420例患者中,320例(76.19%)患者经24小时动态心电图监测确诊为冠心病、心律失常、心肌缺血;其余100例(23.81%)监测结果显示正常。结论通过对420例患者的动态心电图监测结果观察分析,表明动态心电图在临床上有很大应用价值,且安全可靠,操作简便,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 24-hour Holter monitoring for coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods A total of 420 patients admitted from October 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital for chest pain, chest distress and precordial discomfort were selected as study subjects. All patients were monitored by 24-hour Holter monitor. The results were analyzed to assess the diagnostic value of Holter monitoring for coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Results Of the 420 patients, 320 (76.19%) patients were diagnosed with coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia by 24-hour Holter monitoring. The remaining 100 cases (23.81%) showed normal results. Conclusions Through the observation and analysis of the dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring results of 420 patients, the dynamic electrocardiogram has great clinical value and is safe, reliable and easy to operate, which is worth popularizing and applying.
