目前,我国炼油能力局部有时略有盈余,炼油企业正在为预防过剩而进行着积极的调整。炼油能力的扩张一方面是一个国家工业水平的重要体现,但从另一方面讲,是否也有资源浪费和能力过剩之嫌?2012年,全球炼油产能闲置的状况仍未得到缓解。在此背景下,中国诸多大型炼化一体化项目依旧扩建或新建,引发了产能会否过剩甚至拖累整个经济发展的担心。局部盈余
At present, the refining capacity of our country is sometimes slightly surplus at times, and the refining enterprises are making positive adjustments to prevent excess. On the one hand, the expansion of oil refining capacity is an important manifestation of the industrial level of a country. On the other hand, is there any resource waste and excess capacity? In 2012, the global idle oil refining capacity has not been alleviated. Against this backdrop, many major refinery and chemical integration projects in China are still undergoing expansion or new construction, triggering fears over an excess capacity or even dragging down the entire economy.
