自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)系体内免疫功能调节紊乱,产生自身抗体和(或)补体吸附于红细胞表面,通过抗原抗体反应加速红细胞破坏而引起的一种溶血性贫血。AIHA多继发于淋巴增殖性疾病,而在急性髓系白血病(AML)中少见。近来我院收治急性单核细胞白血病并发AIHA 1例,现结合文献复习报告如下。一、资料与方法患者,女,23岁,2012年9月无明显诱因下出现乏力、心悸,活动后加重,至我院就诊,查血常规示白细胞数6.73×
