复方口服避孕药可以影响一系列代谢因素的改变,如糖代谢和脂代谢相关指标。雌、孕激素对代谢的影响因其剂量和种类而异。雌激素剂量越低对代谢的影响越小;孕激素对代谢的影响与其雄激素样特性有关,非雄激素样或抗雄激素样特性的孕激素对糖代谢和脂代谢影响最小。本文分别就不同类型口服避孕药、不同给药途径和不同给药方式对糖代谢和脂代谢的影响,以及在避孕药的特殊使用人群多囊卵巢综合征患者中糖代谢和脂代谢的变化加以综述,使我们能够对避孕药有更加准确和客观的认识。
