府谷县皇甫川工业园区是陕北能源化工基地的重要组成部分,属“资源开发与深度转化”型园区。主区位于府谷县县城东北35公里处的皇甫川河道两岸,是府谷县煤电化载能工业区中规划面积最大的园区。整个园区煤炭资源富集,道路通达,水电充足,建设大型煤电、煤电载能工业、煤化工项目,实现煤的“三个转化”具有独特优势。预计到“十二五”末,园内总投资约150亿元;远期园区项目全部建成后,总投资约480亿元,园内总人口达到2万人。
Fugu County, Huangfuchuan Industrial Park is an important part of energy and chemical base in northern Shaanxi, is a “resource development and depth conversion ” type park. The main area is located in Fugu County, 35 kilometers northeast of the Huangpu River, both sides of the Fugu County coal-fired power industrial zone in the planning area of the largest park. The entire park is rich in coal resources, accessible roads, adequate hydropower, construction of large-scale coal-fired power, coal-energy industry, coal chemical projects, to achieve the coal’s “three transformation ” has unique advantages. It is expected that by the end of the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, the total investment in the park will be about 15 billion yuan. After all the forward park projects are completed, the total investment will be 48 billion yuan and the total population in the park will reach 20,000.
