农行北城支行在抓思想政治工作中,不断研究员工的精神状态、思想观念和价值取向,在人们的理想观念发生动摇、价值观向多元化发展的情况下选准思想政治工作的切入点,把思想政治工作构筑成业务发展的坚强基石。他们适时推出了“五个一工程”。即:树立一个信念,就是树立“位卑未敢忘忧行”的信念。号召全行员工,无论什么职务、什么岗位,都要为全行的发展尽一份心出一份力。共产党员李燕伟同志,在票据交换岗位上,骑自己的摩托车,从未向行里领过一分钱的磨损费。摩托车坏了以后,就骑自行车,一天两趟,行程30余公里。一年多来,无论酷暑严寒,总是准时准点地送走接回各种票据,未出现过一点差错。
