我院自1982年以来用碳酸锂治疗白细胞减少等血液病8例,疗效较好,现报道如下:一、材料与方法选择有白细胞减少病史的患者,查血常规及血小板,白细胞低于4000/mm~3 3次以上者给予碳酸锂治疗。其中男6例,女2例,年龄在19—49岁,病程在2月—8年。经骨髓检查4例大致正常,3例粒系成熟轻度受阻,1例三系增生减低。肝功能、尿常规、心电图、脑电图、染色体分析均正常,用火焰光度计法测血清
