1 病例患者张×,男,14岁,内蒙古通辽市某中学学生,于1996年12月4日下午口服碘油胶丸0.2g,该药系武汉第四药厂生产,鄂卫准字(81)1918号,批号950806。服药后咽干、口苦、全身不适、发热,晚上外生殖器红肿疼痛,病情逐渐加重,患者走路困难,排尿疼痛。次日报市补碘异常反应办公室,办公室主治医师将病人送哲盟医院皮肤科进行会诊。病人即往健康,服碘油丸前没吃任何药物,外生殖器无包茎和外伤史,其父母及病人无不洁卫生史。病人有碘过敏史,一年前服碘油丸后发生过皮疹。
