近年来,广东TCL电子集团公司先后兼并香港陆氏集团彩电项目及地处中原的新乡美乐集团。这一内、一“外”的成功,都不是以“吃掉”对方为目标,而是中国企业合作史上少有的强强合并现象。
In recent years, Guangdong TCL Electronics Group Corporation has successively acquired the Hong Kong Lushi Group color TV project and the Xinxiang Meile Group in Central China. This “inside” and “outside” success is not aimed at “eaten” each other, but is a rare phenomenon of strong mergers in the history of Chinese corporate cooperation.
