单轴自动车床六角头回转刀架的定位精度好坏直接影响机床的加工精度和粗糙度。在这类设备大修理时,恢复此项精度是一项重要的修理项目。我们根据其结构及工作原理,分析精度损失原因,制定了如下的修理方案,达到了较好的定位精度。简述如下。 1.工作原理 当六角头回转力盘换位时,由于凸轮的作用,将定位杆从回转刀盘的定位塞套里拉出,通过马尔他机构带动回转刀盘旋转1/6转。由于弹簧的作用, 定位杆进入刀盘的定位塞套中,刀盘位置固定,刀盘完成了一次换位并定了位。 2.产生定位精度损失的原因 (1)刀盘回转轴与安装刀盘的壳体孔之间间隙大,回转精度差。 (2)定位杆和定位塞套配合部分磨损,发生松动。 (3)定位杆和定位套1、2的间隙大。 3.采用的修理方法 (1)刀盘回转轴必须与刀架壳体的回转精度好。回
