党的建设中的“节能减排”是借鉴国民经济和社会发展中节能减排的概念后提出来的。目前,在党的建设中推行“节能减排”面临着诸如思想观念、运作机制、制度安排、党内污染物排放等方面的困境。由此入手,在党的建设中着力推进“节能减排”应该在党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设、先进性建设、执政能力建设等方面规划设计相关路径,最终落实到推进党的建设科学化水平的提升上。
