目的:探讨肺炎衣原体特异性抗体(CP-IgA)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)与冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法:酶联免疫吸附法检测65例CHD患者和20例对照组血清CP-IgA及MMP-9水平。结果:CHD组CP-IgA阳性率、CP-IgA、MMP-9水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。CHD组CP-IgA与MMP-9水平呈正相关。结论:肺炎衣原体(CP)及所介导的MMP系统的激活可能参与CHD进展。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Chlamydia pneumoniae specific antibody (CP-IgA) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-9) and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Serum levels of CP-IgA and MMP-9 in 65 patients with CHD and 20 controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The positive rates of CP-IgA, the levels of CP-IgA and MMP-9 in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant. CHD group CP-IgA and MMP-9 levels were positively correlated. Conclusion: The activation of Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP) and the mediated MMP system may be involved in the progression of CHD.
