胎中胎是一种继发于双羊膜单绒毛膜妊娠中的畸形,表现为在正常发育胎儿的腹内包含着另一个有脊柱的胎儿。由Meckel于18世纪晚期首先描述,本病甚为罕见,迄今文献报告仅79例。作者报告2例。第1例为16岁男性,发现脐周围缓慢生长硬质肿块7年。腹部平片见上腹部有巨大的内有钙化的软组织肿块。超声为一巨大低回声,不均匀,有钙化的腹内肿块。CT也证实在上腹部有一巨大的密度不均匀,主要为脂肪的肿块,其中央部有似脊柱的骨结构。手术见一包囊性巨大的与肠系膜根部粘连的腹
Tire in the fetus is a deformity secondary to monomannan mono-chorionic pregnancy, manifested by the presence of another spine fetus in the abdomen of a normal developing fetus. The first described by Meckel in the late 18th century, the disease is rare, the literature reported so far only 79 cases. The authors report 2 cases. The first case was a 16-year-old man who found a slowly growing hard mass around the umbilical cord for 7 years. Abdominal plain film see the abdomen has a huge calcified soft tissue mass. Ultrasound is a huge low echo, uneven, calcified intra-abdominal mass. CT also confirmed that there was a large, uneven density in the upper abdomen, predominantly fat mass with a spine-like structure in the central portion.
