二安替比林甲烷用作光度法测定铝合金、铜合金中铁的试剂,显色反应的灵敏度虽低,但选择性较好。本文研究了共存离子的影响,结果表明,在测定条件下,显色液中共存下列(毫克)离子:Mo、W、V~(5+)(1),Zr(0.5),Nb(0.3)不干扰测定,但Ti有干扰。经试验采用磷酸使铁的色泽退去,以此液作为参比液液,1毫克Ti也不干扰,同时消除了大量的Ni、Cr~(3+)、Co离子本身颜色的影响,也消除了显色液因指示剂加入量的少许差别带来的误差,提高了测量精度。加入过氧化氢可抑制W、Nb、Ti离子的水解。硫酸、硼酸降低络合物的吸光度,高氯酸与二安替比林甲烷生成沉淀。能掩蔽和还原铁的化合物(EDTA、氟化物、磷酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、六偏磷酸钠、草酸、抗坏血酸、盐酸羟胺等)均使铁(Ⅲ)与二安替比林甲烷不显色。显色后络合物吸光度即达最大,
Diantipyryl methane is used as a reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of iron in aluminum alloy and copper alloy. The sensitivity of the color reaction is low but the selectivity is good. In this paper, the influence of coexisting ions is studied. The results show that the following (mg) ions coexist in the color developing solution under the measuring conditions: Mo, W, V5 + 1, Zr0.5, Does not interfere with the determination, but Ti has interference.
