目的对某院门诊药物咨询平台的建立进行分析及总结,进一步提高药学服务质量。方法通过收集该院门诊2011年1月~2012年4月1000例药物咨询记录情况进行回顾性分析。结果在药物咨询类别方面,抗感染药咨询最多,占27.3%,其次是心血管及消化系统类药物,分别占19.8%和16.9%。在药物咨询内容方面,咨询用法用量占最多31.5%,其次是不良反应及相互作用,分别占20.7%和12.6%。结论药物咨询是药学服务的重要内容之一,药学咨询是提高药师药学服务水平,促进合理用药的重要环节。
Objective To analyze and summarize the establishment of outpatient drug consultation platform in a hospital to further improve the quality of pharmacy services. Methods A retrospective analysis of 1,000 cases of drug counseling records collected from January 2011 to April 2012 in the hospital was conducted. Results In the category of drug counseling, anti-infectives consulted the most, accounting for 27.3%, followed by cardiovascular and digestive system drugs, accounting for 19.8% and 16.9% respectively. In terms of drug counseling, consultancy usage accounted for up to 31.5%, followed by adverse reactions and interactions, accounting for 20.7% and 12.6% respectively. Conclusion Drug counseling is one of the important contents of pharmacy services. Pharmacological counseling is an important part of improving the pharmacological service of pharmacists and promoting rational drug use.
