《林区公路工程质量检验评定标准》为林业部1986年颁发的部标准。本文运用数理统计理论对该评定标准所涉及的抽样检验评定方法进行探讨。分析该标准所规定一般线路工程、桥涵工程按工程量百分比抽样,以检测点数合格率简单判断总体工程合格的不合理性。建议将林区公路工程划分为外形质量与内在质量两类检测项目,分别采用能够保证优质产品以较高概率接收,而劣质产品以较低概率接收合理的计数与计量抽检方案,以保证检验的科学性。并建议建立以检测项目为检验判断基础的评定体系。
“Forest Road Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards” for the Ministry of Forestry issued in 1986 the Department of standards. In this paper, mathematical statistics theory to evaluate the evaluation standards involved in the sampling inspection and evaluation methods are discussed. Analysis of the standard provisions of the general line engineering, bridges and culverts according to the percentage of project sampling, the number of qualified points to detect a simple judge of the overall project unreasonable. It is suggested to divide the highway engineering into two types of appearance quality and internal quality inspection items, respectively, to ensure that quality products with a higher probability of receiving, and inferior products with a lower probability to receive reasonable counting and measurement sampling program to ensure that the test scientific. It is also suggested to set up an evaluation system based on testing items as the basis for testing.
