有机膦酸是一类重要的有机化合物,在工业和基础科学研究方面具有广泛的应用。本文以2-(6-氯吡啶基)-膦酸二乙酯为原料,运用两种不同的水解方法,得到了两种含不同功能基团的有机膦酸。对所得化合物进行了红外、元素分析和单晶结构表征。研究表明:使用盐酸为试剂,水解产物为2-(6-羟基吡啶基)-膦酸(1);使用三甲基溴硅烷为试剂,水解产物为2-(6-氯吡啶基)-膦酸(2)。
Organic phosphonic acid is a kind of important organic compound, it has a wide range of applications in industrial and basic science research. In this paper, two kinds of organic phosphonic acids with different functional groups were obtained by using two different hydrolysis methods using diethyl 2- (6-chloropyridyl) -phosphonate as raw material. The obtained compounds were characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal structure. The results showed that the product of hydrolysis was 2- (6-hydroxypyridyl) -phosphonic acid (1) using hydrochloric acid as reagent and the product of hydrolysis was 2- (6-chloropyridyl) Acid (2).
