补骨脂味辛,大温,能益肾固精,温脾止泻,纳气平喘,为温补脾肾常用品。药理研究证实本品有扩冠,兴奋心脏,止血等作用。近期笔者发现,补骨脂有明显的升压作用,现报道如下。 例1 王某,女30岁。因反复阴道出血在妇科就诊。医师嘱用补骨脂20g,煎水内服,每日1剂。服药后阴道出血明显减少,但出现头痛,头昏,恶心等症。测量血压,收缩压较前各项升高2.67kPa,舒张压较前升高1.33kPa,停药1d后,症状缓解,血压正常,每次如此。
