在大型冲压模具设计制造中,模板的选材与加工在工程实践中往往存在一定的困难。根据当地生产条件,采用了分体铸造然后焊接到一起,再进行机加工的方案。铸造配料时,对回炉料和回收废钢的使用进行了控制,目的是确保钢液的化学成分在合理范围内,保证铸件具有较好的焊接性能和力学性能。焊接时选择双“U”型焊接坡口及焊前预热、双面施焊、焊中保温、焊后缓冷等工艺措施。实践证明,该工艺方案可以满足使用要求。
