要管理好一个小型传输地震台网,应从两个方面着手:一是行政管理,二是系统的技术管理,二者必须有机地结合.行政管理系指对台网的经费计划、人员的政治思想工作、生活保障等方面的统筹安排,而系统的技术管理应着手抓以下几个方面,①台网产出的原因,即设计目的、任务、要求,基本建设的打算;②台网的日常维护;③资料的分析和使用,为地震预报和研究提供可靠的资料;④了解国内外台网动态,及时采用新技术武装台网,努力克服台网中存在的问题.作为一个台网系统的技术管理工作者应对全系统有一个全盘的认识和了解,做到台网的全过程应知,台网的一般工作应会,台网管理中的具体实施办法应干,最好在台网系统中的某一部分工作,如仪器维修或震相分析等方面.
To manage a small transmission seismic network, we should proceed from two aspects: First, the administrative management, and second, the technical management of the system, the two must be organically integrated.
