Recently, the author went to the company to investigate and learned that such a thing: There are two companies to spend the difficulties of funding shortages, are mobilizing employees to raise funds (1000 yuan per person), but the effect of the two is completely different. A factory with more than 4,000 employees had a successful fund-raising activity within a week. However, the notice of fund-raising for Factory B was issued for half a month. Only over 100 of the more than 2,000 workers in the factory had paid for the fund-raising. What are the reasons for the difference in the effectiveness of these two companies’ fundraising efforts?
